	See additional requirements in the ORWA Handbook and the Individual Race Notice. PLB’s are compulsory for all crew members and a life raft which meets the requirements of AS SR 4.19. At least 2 crew must have a valid Sea Safety Survival course qualification. Additional: All yachts must carry a tracking device supplied by the Organising Authority. All crew must carry PLB’s registered with AMSA and the OA. Crew lists must be submitted by 0900 on 18/3/2020 in the approved format as an excel file.
